This exposure has also helped him gather an unbeatable set of best practices that can be applied in many scenarios.
Rafique's main expertise is in the areas of driving sales transformation initiatives, sales management, global account management, channel sales, CXO engagement and managing complex global RFPs.
Rafique has managed sales in the high-tech Industry meeting the great challenges faced by sales makers. He has managed retention and acquisition accounts & partners at regional and global levels. His understanding of sales process has deepened in the process, translating to a high ability to build learning strategies and training interventions. This has led to the development of his highly successful training solutions that have made a big impact on markets across Asia Pacific & Latin America.
In his last position, Rafique was the Head of Learning and Development for Lenovo Asia Pacific and Latin America where he set up the sales academy. Prior to that, he led the Global Commercial Sales Training Function at Dell India. He is based in Bangalore, India.
He is a CTP - Certified Training Professional from the Asian Regional Training and Development Organization.
